About
Why we love what we doAmare = Love in Latin
As a ceramic artist, I love to work with a range of different clays, coloured clays and porcelains, bringing out their natural beauty through contrast. My love of the earth is translated into highlighting the earth’s differences in my work and how these differences only work to enhance earth’s natural beauty.
In my own practice I love learning, making and experimenting. Each and every interaction with clay, art and other talented practitioners gifts me with new opportunities for exploring, learning and inspiration – I am truly grateful for all I receive from my practice.
In my teaching, I love sharing the joy that comes from being earthed by the clay whilst working with each student to tap into and unlock their own individual creative process.

Designed and handmade in-house
We are so grateful to you for supporting us as local artisans and a family-run business.
We use Australian stoneware clays and porcelains to form each creation, fire them in our beautiful bush setting at the back of the Gold Coast, Australia. We then finish each piece with the highest quality metals we can find to ensure you have an absolutely seamless and joyful interaction with your ceramic piece.
